Along with being a wonderful listener, I have never been happier with my hair color and cut and at 52, I’ve had a few.
I wanted to take the time and let it be put out there that “Rachael” is one of the most compassionate, loving, fun, concerned, caring, and outstanding stylist I have ever encountered. She was recommended to me about 2 years ago and I have to say I was a little leery about going to someone new, however my old stylist just wasn’t giving me the loo I wanted. I have always had difficulties with my hair as it is extremely kinky curly, and now completely grey.
Most stylists don’t even know where to begin. On my first appointment with her, she sat me down, we talked, laughed and she started in like she had done it for years. I was amazed! It was stylish, awesome and I received too many compliments to count. Not only did she give the look I wanted but she changed the color more to suit my skin tones. She took it from a harsh black to a warm brown that shows streaks that look like high lights from the grey! Again to many compliments to count.
After 2 years of going to Rachael I would never switch again. If she was to move, I would fly where ever she was to see her first of all, and then to get my hair done. Rachael is a friend that I truly love. She treats all of her clients with dignity and fun!
The shop is always spotless, fun, and comfortable. I believe when you go to get your hair done, it should be s fun experience and pleasurable. Well, that’s what you get when you go to Rachael at Backstage Beauty Salon. I love going to see Rachael and Steph as they are known in my book as the dynamic duo!
Stephanie first started cutting and coloring my hair and I loved the results so much that I started taking my kids to her. She made them feel so comfortable, kept them amused, and gave them super hair cuts that they love. After a few months my husband was so impressed that he started having Stephanie cut his hair too.
